A short, plain-English privacy statement.

This website is operated by Scott Goodman, based in New South Wales, Australia.

If you submit the contact form or email me, I collect the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry. I use it only to respond to you and, if we go on to work together, to deliver that work. I don’t sell it or rent it. The details you give in the form are not shared with advertisers.

Form submissions are stored in my secure client portal so I can manage enquiries and client work. During the changeover to that system, HubSpot remains a temporary delivery fallback. These service providers may process data outside Australia, and reasonable steps are taken to keep that information secure.

This site uses first-party session storage to remember campaign tags, the landing page and referring page until you submit the contact form or close the browser session. It also uses PostHog analytics, and may temporarily use HubSpot cookies during the changeover, to understand how visitors find and use the site. PostHog may record anonymised session replays with form inputs masked. Pages I advertise to may also use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising pixel, which records that you visited the page and that a form was submitted, without your form details, so I can measure and improve my ads. You can block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings.
